Today is my mother-in-law's birthday! I am insanely lucky to have a mother-in-law that I get along with so well. (I know others aren't so lucky.) Ever since Roy and I started dating, she really helped make me a part of the family, which has always meant so much to me. When Roy told her he had proposed to me, she said, "Good, because if you didn't, I was going to have to adopt her." (Yeah, that would have been awkward.)Anyway, I love her. She's saint-like and is always doing things to help others. So I hope today is a wonderful day for her. As a birthday present, we are going to help clean out her garage this weekend. It's been full of junk for as long as I've been around, so it's high time.
